My professional journey began in 2004, working for an Online Library — a role that sparked my curiosity for how information, content, and technology connect. Over three years, I learned how structure and accessibility shape user experience — lessons that later became invaluable in SEO and digital marketing.
After that, I moved to the banking sector, spending four years at Lloyds Bank, UK, where I developed a strong foundation in process optimization, analytics, and client communication. It was during this time that I realized the power of digital systems in building trust and scalability.
